La Balai Waiver and Terms of Stay

By booking and staying at La Balai Staycation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 NN. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and additional charges.
2. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests and staff. Any damage caused to property will be charged accordingly.
3. Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
4. Personal Belongings: La Balai is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left unattended in rooms or public areas.
5. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by management.
6. Use of Facilities: Guests must follow posted safety rules when using the pool, common areas, and amenities.
7. Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. A penalty will apply for smoking inside rooms.
8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be subject to full or partial charge.
9. Force Majeure: La Balai will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by unforeseen events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, etc.).
10. Waiver of Liability: By proceeding with your stay, you release and hold harmless La Balai Staycation, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from your stay or use of the premises, except where caused by gross negligence.
11. Health and Safety: Guests must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements upon booking to ensure proper accommodation and safety.
12. Payment Agreement: All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes. Full payment is required to confirm booking unless stated otherwise.
13. Acceptance: By clicking "Proceed to Payment," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms.
